Worship & Prayer

Worship participation is one of the five vows United Methodist Christians make in a local church. It is at the heart of our life and ministry. As it says in Hebrews 10:24, we gather every Sunday for two purposes: to glorify God, and to provoke one another in love to good works! The congregation gathers to hear God’s the Scriptures read, to praise God with hymns and songs, to proclaim our faith to offer our prayers, gifts, and the Sacraments, to be blessed, and then to go out to serve in the world.

Children and Worship

Children are welcome and encouraged to participate in worship, though a nursery and childcare are available if that is your preference. Children’s bulletins and tote bags are available near the back of the sanctuary. A children’s message is offered every Sunday!
